2020 Jeep Wrangler
If you're in the market for an off-roading SUV that can tackle tough trails and all types of road conditions, the 2020 Jeep Wrangler is one of the best options on the market. It's been an iconic part of the Jeep lineup for more than three decades, and the manufacturer continues to improve upon this rugged SUV.
Trim Levels (Exterior)
The 2020 Jeep Wrangler is available in two different body styles, either a two-door and four-door, which Jeep calls the Unlimited model. You can get either body style in the Sport or Rubicon trim levels, while the Unlimited comes in a third trim level called Sahara. Additional sub-trim levels include Sport S, Black and Tan, and Altitude. The base trim level comes equipped with skid plates, tow hooks, a fold-down windshield, fog lights, removable metal doors, and 17-inch steel wheels. Upgrading to the Sport S adds automatic headlights, power and heated side mirrors, and alloy wheels.

The Altitude sub-trim level comes with an upgraded suspension, 18-inch wheels, and heavy-duty brakes. With the Black and Tan trim, your Wrangler will have all-terrain tires and side rails. With the top Rubicon trim, features include rock rails, specialized tires, an electronically disconnecting front stabilizer bar, heavy-duty axles, and electronic front and rear lockable differentials.
Engine (Power)
Across the board, all Wranglers come standard with a 3.6-liter V-6 engine that rates at 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. It works with a six-speed manual transmission as standard, although you can upgrade to an eight-speed automatic transmission on any trim level. An optional 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine is also available as an upgrade. This unit puts out 270 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque, pairing with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Performance
Although every 2020 Wrangler can handle the trails, the Rubicon trim level is the most well-equipped for off-roading enthusiasts. It features a full-time four-wheel-drive system with selectable terrain settings to customize your driving experience. You can also upgrade some of the other trim levels to include the four-wheel-drive system.
Interior
Standard interior features of the Sport trim level include keyless ignition, a 5-inch touch screen, a USB port, manual mirrors and locks, a height-adjustable driver's seat with two-way lumbar support, and an eight-speaker sound system. The Sport S tacks on a leather-wrapped steering wheel and air conditioning. With the Black and Tan sub-trim, features include a 7-inch touch screen, satellite radio, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, and a larger driver information display.

The Sahara trim includes all the features from the Sport S and Black and Tan trim levels. If you upgrade to the Altitude sub-trim level, you'll get leather upholstery. Finally, the Rubicon's cabin comes equipped with upgraded cloth upholstery and interior trim elements. Additional upgrades include heated seats, a premium Alpine audio system, an 8.4-inch touch screen, navigation, and a heated steering wheel.
Safety Features
Standard safety equipment on every 2020 Wrangler includes airbags throughout the seating area, stability and traction control, a rearview camera, and anti-lock brakes. Jeep also offers two packages of safety features. The first is the Safety Group package, which adds blind-spot monitoring and rear parking sensors. The second is the Advanced Safety Group package, which includes adaptive cruise control and forward-collision warning.
