2022 Jeep Wrangler

The Wrangler Sport sports 17-inch steel wheels, fog lights, skid plates, and tow hooks as standard equipment. Alloy wheels, automatic headlights, and power-adjustable and heated side mirrors are standard on the Sport S. The Rubicon adds 17-inch all-terrain tires, rock rails, heavy-duty front and rear axles, and fog lights to the mix. You may obtain a body-colored hard top and fender flares, as well as steel front and rear bumpers, with this trim. High-performance brakes, Fox shocks, LED lighting, and a 2-inch suspension raise are all included with the Rubicon 392.

The Jeep Wrangler is also available in a variety of subtrims and special edition variants. The Willys, Willys Sport, Sport Altitude, Sahara Altitude, and High Altitude are all available. Jeep also unveiled a new package for the Willys model for the 2022 model year. 35-inch Goodrich tires, a suspension raise, and improved brakes are included with the Xtreme Recon Package.

Jeep offers the Wrangler with a variety of powertrain options. A 3.6-liter V-6 engine with 285 horsepower is standard, but a 2.0-liter turbo four-cylinder with 270 horsepower and a turbo 3.0-liter diesel engine with 260 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque are also available. There's also a 6.4-liter V-8 with 470 horsepower, and the 4xe is the most recent addition. 375 horsepower is available from this plug-in hybrid.

When it comes to off-roading, the Wrangler beats all other SUVs, especially if you drive the Rubicon. It has a customized suspension with an anti-roll bar that can be disconnected electrically and can water ford up to 30 inches. The four-door Wrangler can tow up to 3,500 pounds when properly equipped.

The two-door Wrangler seats four people, whereas the Wrangler Unlimited seats five. Manual windows and door locks are included on the Sport model, as is a manually reclining front driver's seat. A leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel are available depending on the model or package.

The Wrangler's technology starts with the Sport's 7-inch touch screen, which has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as the Uconnect 3 infotainment system. The upper models get Uconnect 4, while the four-door Sahara gets an 8.4-inch touch screen and an upgraded driver information display. A 115-volt power outlet, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and satellite radio are all included with the Rubicon.

A rearview camera, front and side-impact air bags, electronic traction and stability control, and an electronic roll mitigation system are all standard on the base Wrangler. Hill-start assist and trailer sway control are also included. The Advanced Safety Group includes automated emergency braking, front collision warning, automatic high beam headlights, and adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go on Sport S and higher models. A blind-spot monitor, rear parking sensors, and rear cross-traffic warning are included in the available Safety Group.
