Trim Levels (Exterior)
There are seven different trim levels for the 2019 Dodge Durango. The SXT, SXT Plus, GT, GT Plus, Citadel, R/T, and the Citadel Anodized Platinum. The SXT comes standard with 18-inch painted aluminum wheels and all season LRR tires. The SXT Plus adds integrated roof rail crossbars and halogen headlamps with chrome bezels. The GT comes standard with 20-inch satin carbon wheels and LED headlights, tail lamps, and fog lamps. The GT Plus includes dual rear-exhaust with bright tips and a power liftgate. The standard Citadel offers a bright premium grille and a power liftgate and heated exterior mirrors. The R/T has available black headlamp bezels, performance grille with black texture, and a performance hood. The Citadel Anodized Platinum takes it to a higher level with black roof rails, platinum chrome exterior door handles, and projector fog lamps. You will also get 6-inch by 9-inch multi-function mirrors with manual fold-away, chrome exterior mirrors, and platinum fog lamp bezels.
Engine (Power)
The SXT, SXT Plus, GT, GT Plus, and Citadel all come with a 3.6L 24-valve VVT engine with ESS, 8-speed automatic with transmission heater, and sport mode. The SXT and SXT Plus have an impressive 293 horsepower. The GT, GT Plus, and Citadel engine produces a robust 295 horsepower. The RT has a 5.7 liter V8 HEMI MDS VVT engine with an 8-speed automatic transmission with a heater that generates a whopping 360 horsepower. The Citadel Anodized Platinum has the 3.6L 24-Valve VVT Engine with ESS and the 8-speed automatic transmission 850RE Transmission.
Performance
Different steering modes are available to customize the way you drive along with the performance steering. The large 24.6-gallon tank keeps you driving for miles and miles with a reasonably high MPG for a big family SUV. It also offers a maximum towing capacity of 6,200 pounds.
Interior
The SXT has cloth trimmed bucket seats for 5, a 7-inch touch screen display, anodized gun metal interior accents, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.
