Getting to the Baltimore city center from Red Lion takes about an hour by car, driving along route I-83.

To get here, head east along route I-76 for about 100 miles. Once you are in the city center, a great way to start exploring is by going for a walk along Market Street.
3. York, PA
Known by locals as the White Rose City, York is located just eight and a half miles northwest of Red Lion, making it an excellent destination for a short trip or a weekend escape. With a population of a little over 200,000 in its urban area, York is home to numerous well-preserved historic structures and landmark buildings. One of the most famous spots is the Golden Plough Tavern, dating back to 1741.
