2020 Dodge ChargerWhen you buy a new vehicle, you should think about its looks, quality, and performance. You should also consider its depreciation rate. This determines how much you’ll get if you decide to resell. It also impacts the amount your insurance company will pay if your vehicle is totaled in an accident. The 2020 Dodge Charger and the Jeep Wrangler both received ALG’s Residual Value Awards. They’re both projected to retain their value over three years better than other vehicles. Here’s some more information about the most appealing features of these awesome rides.

Great Performance

The 2020 Charger is the fastest, most powerful mass-produced sedan in the world. It’s available with a supercharged, 6.2-liter HEMI V-8 engine that goes up to 196 mph and produces 707 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. The eight-speed automatic transmission makes shifting smooth and efficient, and you can add paddle shifters for the steering wheel and a sport mode. On-demand all-wheel drive and power steering with normal, sport, and comfort modes are optional as well. Choose the SRT Hellcat Widebody for suspension with auto, track, and sport modes.

The 2020 Wrangler is ideal for off-road adventures. It has plenty of ground clearance, a high air intake, sealed electrical connections, and a moisture-resistant body to make crossing creeks and streams easy. It can maneuver around obstacles on the trail, and its excellent suspension and axle articulation keeps all four wheels on the ground.

You can tow up to 3,500 pounds, and the 2.0-liter turbo engine with eTorque produces 270 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. You can also choose a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V-6 with 260 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque. The 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 with eTorque gives 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque.

A New Trim

For 2020, the Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat will become the SRT Hellcat Widebody. This new trim has 20-inch aluminum wheels, integrated fender flares for an additional 3.5 inches of width, a black spoiler, and a scalloped hood. A Widebody version of the Scat Pack is available as well.

Comfortable Interiors

The 2020 Charger’s luxurious interior comes with 16.5 cubic feet of trunk space, folding rear seats, a power driver’s seat, keyless entry, voice recognition, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, and a 7-inch touch screen. Additional options include heated and ventilated leather seats, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, remote start, a universal garage door opener, dual-zone climate control, and a Wi-Fi hotspot.

The 2020 Wrangler’s interior looks rugged, but it’s comfortable and versatile. There’s a removable cargo floor, an eight-speaker sound system, voice recognition, removable rear windows, cruise control, buttons on the steering wheel, and folding rear seats. It’s available with two or four doors, and you can add heated and ventilated leather seats, speed-sensitive volume control, and dual-zone climate control.
